A professional athlete, entrepreneur, counselor and educator, Camello has built a career at the intersection of athletics, education, leadership and human empowerment. His mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to overcome adversity, discover their potential and become everything they were created to be.
Having survived abuse and lost his father at just ten years old, Camello transformed personal hardship into a purpose-driven commitment to uplifting others. With more than 15 years of experience in education and coaching, he has mentored thousands of athletes across more than 20 states, guiding teams to State and National championship appearances in cheerleading and STUNT. His teams have also appeared in two SAG-AFTRA motion pictures and a documentary.
Camello’s athletic journey reached the professional stage when, after competing against more than 250 athletes, he earned a coveted position as an NFL Cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens. Performing before 70,000 fans and cheering at the AFC Championship, he demonstrated the discipline, athleticism and dedication required to compete at the highest level. His NFL career continued with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, representing two distinguished organizations and bringing his passion and performance to one of professional sports’ biggest stages.
An honors graduate with a master’s degree from Alfred University, Camello combines academic achievement with a passion for mentorship, leadership and youth development.
As the founder of Charitable Spirit Association, Camello is transforming his vision into action through Cheer 4 A Cause, USA Spirit and The Honey Within. Together, these initiatives bring athletics, wellness, education and service under one purpose-driven platform designed to empower young people, cultivate leaders and create meaningful opportunities for communities to thrive.
Camello’s work is guided by the belief that success is measured not only by how far we rise, but by how many people we help rise with us. His journey is personal. His mission is generational. His vision is transformative.
